This right here is a breakfast I can have every couple days without losing interest. Ackee and Saltfish with white yam and tuff crackers with some Ginger tea is simply amazing.
Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, it really doesn’t matter in my book. Super delicious to the taste buds and fulfilling to the stomach. I’m trying to stay away from fried foods for a while, as well as flour. Next up will be adding some bananas and yam to the mix. All ground food, boiled and served with another blend of tea.
